Cemented carbide strip performance characteristics: Cemented carbide strip has excellent hardness, high hardness, good wear resistance, high modulus of elasticity, high compressive strength, good chemical stability (acid, alkali, high temperature oxidation), low impact toughness, low coefficient of expansion, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and iron and its alloys are similar to the characteristics.

Applications

1.It is used in woodworking long thin strip, metal processing long thin strip, cross-cutting knife, coreless mould knife plate, sand making strip and so on.

2.Carbide wear-resistant strips are mainly used for tool and mould materials. It is suitable for making all kinds of woodworking tools, hobbing knives, planer knives, slitting knives and all kinds of shaped knives.

3.It is suitable for making cast iron rolls and high nickel chromium roll trimming and forming knives.

4.Suitable for making unloading plate, stamping concave die, convex die, electronic progressive die and other stamping moulds.
